Guided by the principles of our founders, our philosophy is centered on the conservation and protection of natural resources.
Energy
Our plant was relocated to Amatitlán to reduce energy consumption, taking advantage of the natural volcanic temperature of the area’s water. Additionally, transitioning to LED technology has allowed us to foster a culture of energy efficiency and resource conservation.
Water
We operate our own water treatment plant, designed to recycle this valuable resource for non-potable uses. Moreover, we continually invest in state-of-the-art, energy-efficient machinery to further reduce both water and energy consumption.
Recycling
Our textile waste treatment system enables the recycling of fiber, yarn, and fabric. We also incorporate eco-friendly fibers into our production processes.
Leveraging cutting-edge Huawei inverter and transformer center technology, we have integrated a Gonvarri/Hiasa solar tracker system to optimize solar radiation absorption. This system powers 58,000 solar panels, each with a capacity of 445W to 450W and equipped with 144 monocrystalline cells, multi 9BB busbars, and double glazing—making use of the latest and most efficient solar panels from Trina Solar.
